Sa isang daang libong estudyante, pitong magkakaibigan ang napili para subukin ang tatag at katapan sa isa't-isa. Sa loob ng dalawang buwan mamamalagi sila sa GIA University at walang sino man ang pwedeng lumabas hangga't hindi nila matatapos ang laro. 
Kamatayan ang parusa sa kung sino man ang hindi sumunod sa utos.

The Killer. The Killer will kill who ever is on the list.

The Protector. The Protector will answer the questions, decode and give the message to the Saver.

The Saver. The Saver will save who ever is on the list.
