In this story, we follow a boy named Ryusei on his journey surviving through this catastrophe, he learns people's true intentions the good and the bad and he learns how to handle them accordingly.

He makes a special friend who has an origin that will- well let's leave it at that, let's go on that journey now.

With this, and a limited time to work with, considering if you were to officially become a ruler of somewhere, your heart has to actually want to leave if you were to leave.
