Paladin Knight, Rebecca Chambers, has recruited and trained four additional Paladin Knights. She foresees the need to liberate humanity's closest neighbour, Osolieus, to prevent the war from reaching the Sol system through the StarGate that is due to be built.

The whole Confederation is in turmoil as Zeb' Zeptre's plan is in full swing. No one planet is in a position to help another. Rebecca's Paladin Knights are the galaxy's only hope.

Zeb' Zeptre finally reveals himself to the Confederation as he attempts to speed up the takeover of the capital world, Solaris, by joining the fight himself.

Rebecca struggles to form a rebellion from the worlds that the Paladin Knights have helped to protect but they are heavily outnumbered.
