In a city of humans, where natural law and free will take place, the balance of power falls uneven. The small city at the edge of the sea, where the last surviving humans take refuge, and welcome all sailors and even pirates coming to their port. The seas are dangerous, with a vast amount of unknown, unidentified creatures under its unforgiving waves. Saints and Sinners alike fear the unknown.
