Nao Yamada is Hizashi Yamada's brother's child and is having to live with the Yamazawa family for a normal(ish) childhood. Though being gender fluid and having Tourette's is making things a lot more difficult then anyone would have expected, but having the big 3 and their family there will help them get through it.
