A couple of 9 years has been having difficulty keeping their marriage and relationship going. While cleaning, the husband, a Shio Haruto, comes across an old, pink notebook. He doesn't know what it is, so he opens it and flips through it to see hundreds of little notes his wife has written.
After reading everything, he starts to understand his wife more, to know more about her than he's ever thought was possible. He had fallen in love with her all over again. He didn't want a divorce like she did now, he wanted to convince her to stay, to forgive him and to once again love him.
This is a purely fictional tender love story that skips times between modern times and diary entries written over many years by Tanaka Hina, the wife.

Even If You Forget Me, I Won't Leave

39 parts Ongoing

Haru, an outstanding student who is active in various school activities, holds a big secret behind his seemingly perfect life: his undying love for Nara, a quiet and intelligent girl who now pretends to hate him. They once shared a warm love story, even though they had to do it secretly because of prohibitions from their respective families. However, a big conflict destroyed everything. Haru lost Nara, and Nara, who was traumatized by the past, chose to distance herself, even though her heart still held the same feelings. Haru never gave up. Even though Nara acted cold and hurtful, Haru caught a small hope behind her attitude: the stories she still shared with her friends about Haru, her jealousy that was hard to hide, and the sweet memories that could not be forgotten. With strong determination, Haru tried to fix everything - apologizing, proving himself, and fighting all obstacles for their love. Can Haru convince Nara and her family? Or will their love just become an irretrievable memory?
