However the city life wasn't as great as they imagined with riots and accounts of mysterious attacks popping up all over the place. Everything was perfect for the hero, he had a lovely father and two brothers, he had his friends, and he even had a boyfriend who he loved more than life itself! Wilbur loved his work to keep his city safe, but there was always someone trying to prevent that. Sometimes it was large villains who killed and killed, other times it was a simple thief. Sometimes, it was a shapeshifting villain who liked scarring others and ruining lives. Sometimes it was a villain who helped unlock hidden powers yet was insane enough to fight in a burning, collapsing building. Because that night, Wilbur fought alongside a way-too-young-and-way-too-familiar vigilante and his family against a famous villain with an ability so powerful it seemed fake. The world was never have been ready for Shift in the first place, Shift was the villain who's identity was so secret no one had a single lead to go attempt to catch them. In a forgotten world full of heroes, villains, and vigilantes, a world that had neither a good or bad ending, or maybe no ending at all. Who knows? Dream was your best friend, you stayed by his side as you watched his land grow, you watched as he made friends along the way and even made some enemies. But his thirst for victory and bloodshed made you scared of him. Wilbur was a strong man, a great leader, and a man who always put his friends first. You admired him almost, admired his ambition to fight and to keep everyone safe. You admired how he made sure everyone was okay before he himself was. You found yourself caught in between when the battle of L'Manberg broke lose, sending your best friend, Dream into a hunt for victory, not caring who he hurt along the way and sending Wilbur, the president of L'Manberg, into a rage of fighting for his land, for his home, along side his friends.
