This is the sequel to The Maze Runner. Newt, Casey, Thomas, Teresa, and their other friends have left the glade behind. They now have other challenges to overcome, and new enemies to face. The storyline of this book has been altered slightly in some parts to fit Casey's character into the plot, there are also some new scenes that weren't originally in the story, since Thomas is not the main character. The main characters in this story are Newt and Casey. It is written in first person, and the point of view switches between Newt and Casey. This book is only inspired from the series Maze Runner. All credit goes towards James Dashner, the writer of Maze Runner. This is purely just fan fiction. I've had this idea for a while now, and I really wanted to try writing fan fiction:)
