Jess is bullied and abused by everyone from her classmates to her alcoholic father. Her best friend, her only friend, has an extra VIP ticket to a one direction concert and Lex brings Jess along. When Jess's worst bully from school is also at the meet and greet after the concert, she slaps Jess and exposes something that Jess has hid for years from everyone but Lex to everyone in the room, including One Direction. The boys try to help Jess and try to get her to tell them about her past and her life. They want to help, but will she let them?
