//unfortunately, I can't turn off the swirling thoughts and memories in my head, but at the same time there is so much I never want to forget
this is my life and I want to remember how I felt during these crucial moments whilst figuring out life and finding my way
hopefully this work will help me bring some clarity in my self-healing journey.

The words that I wish I could say.. to some people how they made me feel , everything that ever happened. All about feelings and emotions, different situations that people can end up in. Also about psychology and that you don't know what other people are going through and sometimes the feelings you're ashamed of but they bother you or things that you're trying to hide from everyone , other people are also going through or went through and might help and support you. June 2020 was when my life changed forever, I started my battle with depression, and it wasn't until 3 years later I got a diagnosis, but it's still there, it made me a whole different person, so here is my backstory, the battle and getting help, and to show your minds not your future.
