Nicole Winters has lived with her older, verbally abusive brother since her parents walked out on her years ago. She'd been suicidal and a cutter since she was abandoned. She isn't the luckiest girl alive. She shoved people away and refused to befriend anyone else for fear they'd leave her too. But when the Way brothers make a sudden appearance, Nicole is thrust into a world of music and possible love. Just when things begin to look up for Nicole, it all comes crashing down again.
