ATLANTA SERIES #2: REVELATION OF THE MOON

Helene is both a model and a teacher. She's a graduated student in Education from Atlanta City College. An adorable and a sweet woman but easily to trick.

People nowadays are favored by good looks. They'll consider you unattractive for having tanned skin, pimples, and a normal beauty of yours.

Helene faces a lot of struggles. She was once a victim of bullying and fake love, too.

Ever since she was in elementary school, she had a traumatic and depressional experience, especially when she witnessed how her parents died right before her eyes.

When she reached tertiary level, she got bullied by everyone again, and worst of all, she was fooled by the man she loves.

When the moon shines, so does the revelation of the moon. This is where everything starts-the beginning of a real beauty, a beauty from the inside out.

"Why must you be like this?" she asked while pouting as she stood in front of me blocking me from shutting the door.
"I'm not being like anything. I already told you this back in Germany. Leave" I said with such seriousness that it made her shudder in place. My cold stare did not leave anything up for debate. With a huff, she turned on her heels and stormed out. Before she could even think about saying anything else to me I slammed the door shut. Sniffing the air my eyes went straight to the bathroom door. Somebody was in there and I didn't have the time or patience to deal with them. Walking in quick strides I reached the bathroom door snatching it open.
I didn't see a damn thing but my nose was never wrong. Sniffing the air some more I knew the person still had to be here since their scent was the strongest in the there. Stepping further in I found where the scent was coming from. I don't know why she thought smushing herself between the wall and sink would hide her but it didn't as she looked up at me like a deer in headlights.
"So are you still going to deny that you are stalking me?" I asked grabbing her up by the collar of her shirt. Life was just starting for Nieve who never been able to venture out into the world alone for reasons unknown to her. Fresh off her first year at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Emilia Casey is simultaneously happy to be back in her sleepy beachside town for the summer while also missing her life and friends at college. Located on the other side of the country from UCSB, the last thing Emilia expects to see in her mostly unknown corner of the world is her college friends. And yet, that's exactly what happens when Damian Farago, the most beautiful friend she has, shows up on vacation with his family. After a startling meeting, Damian ropes Emilia into being his tour guide for the rest of his time in her charming town. As the pair explores every corner the town has to offer, Emilia finds a crush left over from the school year turning into maybe something more. In this feel-good, summer short story, attractions are strong and smiles can be found all around as two young adults realize that all this time the other had been paying attention. excerpt: ""Okay, okay!" Damian's laughter was warm as he took the cracker, the smile forming on his face one of the kind that made the world unbelievably bright despite the dark sky above them. Emilia couldn't help but smile in return, warmth flooding her chest at the sight of his crinkling eyes. He was just so beautiful. She didn't know how many times she'd thought it since first meeting him last winter, but she was sure, as her eyes lingered for a long time on every angle and curve of his face, that she would never stop thinking it. That she would never think it too much because it was so absolutely true. The way the moon caught on the few gold strands strewn throughout his brown hair, the curve of his lips in his smile, the sparkle of the stars reflected in his eyes. She wanted to memorize him, to recall every freckle and eyelash, to never forget the way he blinked-softly-or the way he breathed-steadily." **WARNING: -considerable swearing -TW: brief discussion of depression in Chapter 4, bipolar disorder in Chapter 5

"I love how this book is turning out!😍 Not cliche at all!" - i_hatecliche "We might live next door to each other," Haley said, "but we don't live in the same world." Hooking her fingers around her backpack straps, she walked away from Jace. She had barely gone a few steps before he was at her side again. "What makes you believe we don't live in the same world?" he asked. "As far as I can tell, we do." "No, we don't. I'm...me and you're Jace Cortez. The dream of every girl. The friend to every guy. The star of the school. Girls. Sports. You're the ultimate player." "It sounds like you have a preconceived notion of who I am." "And it's one that has yet to be proven wrong." From books and a lifetime of sitting on the sidelines, Haley is convinced she knows how the world works, specifically high school. Everyone has a label and a box they fit in. This knowledge, paired with parents who are fighting, a brother leaving soon for college and a best friend who moved away has made her decide to never get involved. It will take being forced to work with her fellow juniors on a project, a boy next door with a infectious smile, a star gazer with an adorable puppy, and an unlikely pair of fangirls to make her see how truly wrong she was about everything. "IT'S NOT CLICHÉ!!!" - Moria987 "This is the reason y I keep coming back to this book...It's simply a breathtaking journey" - mariyamsajorawala "I don't usually comment but this is one of the best books I've read here. I love the fact that it's realistic and focuses on things that really hinder human interaction, perceptions and stereotypes." - yurfavegal "just gets better and better. How are all your characters 3D! Like this writing is so beautiful" - CrazyStarChick "Reading it for the second time, and the book still brings a smile to my face 😆" - grumpymood "She's practically Carter's twin 😂😂" - Guardian_21 #1 Breakingcliches #1 Arrogant #6 in Teen Romance

*Bad at descriptions so bare with me* . . . . "Leo, this is my friend Athena and she's been crushing on you since she saw a picture of you." Mandy laughed. I blushed. "I did not she's lying to you." He smirked at me and then frowned, "So I'm ugly , wow I'm offended." "N-NO your not ugly I'm lying." I shouted too quickly. Not knowing he was making a fool of me. Wow Athena you just really started talking to him and your already making a fool. He walked closer and twirled a piece of my hair while I involuntarily shivered at his touch. Mandy somehow disappearing nowhere to be found. "Oh I know Tesoro ." He laughed and walked away. Leaving me shocked and blushing. . . . First story ever. Highest rank : #1 in blackandwhite
