In "Sodor Echo," Thomas and his friends are on the Island of Sodor when they discover a mysterious echo in a part of the island they've never explored. The echo makes strange and unsettling noises, causing Thomas and his friends to become frightened. As they investigate, they imagine all sorts of scary creatures and situations. With the help of their friends and by confronting their fears, they eventually uncover the true nature of the echo and learn a valuable lesson about courage and teamwork.

But you already knew that, didn't you? there are, in theory, infinite universes, so, how about we see a world where the fallen ones survived, while our heroes didn't?

The main plot of the series is that the Island of Sodor has been greatly affected by an explosion at a nuclear power plant, that The Fat Controller invested in. The rest of the series follows the events and horrors seen and witnessed during the traumatic time.

In this universe, the Island of Sodor is now a dangerous and haunted place. The engines, corrupted by the fog and the experiment, have been twisted into grotesque versions of themselves-driven mad by years of enslavement, pain, and isolation. Instead of coal, they feed on fear, sorrow, and occasionally... the residents of Sodor

Thomas steals a goods train from James in order to go to the mainland and see the world. All in all, things seem fine at first with him meeting engines from the other railway. However, several shady things start going on. The main one being the newly constructed Power Plant which is already bringing a sense of unease within the first few months of it first being established. Unfortunately, things soon go wrong as Thomas is not only imprisoned, but not long after, all hell breaks loose. Will Thomas The Tank Engine and his friends, both new and old, survive this nightmare?
