This story takes place small in a small town named duskwood, a young collage student from out of town comes to town for a vacation. As she is roaming the town she ends up overhearing a conversation that she wasn't supposed to hear, a girl has gone missing and her boyfriend is a suspect in regarding her disappearance. A few days go past after the collage student had heard that conversation, she ends up running into sharp-tongued hacker who is searching for the missing girl where she later learns the missing girl's name is Hannah baker. The hacker gives her two choices either help him find Hannah or go to jail for interfering with police cases. Will she go to jail or will she help this mysterious hacker find Hannah?
Disclaimer I don't own the duskwood characters I only own mine and yes I changed some of their last names because I either don't know how to spell them, or I don't remember them or know them

Midnight in Duskwood
After her mother passed away a week later, MC returned to her home and left the hectic city life. She discovered an old hand phone inside her mother's desk while cleaning the house, but it was empty. She was suddenly interrupted by a call on that hand phone. Thomas asked her if she knew where Hannah, his girlfriend, was since he had gotten a message from her with a phone number. She has been joined to a group chat with Hannah's friends and family while she is still perplexed. After all the commotion from the group chat, a hacker by the name of Jake got in touch with her. He asks for MC's assistance in finding Hannah, and MC must comply because she has no other option. The more information the MC learned about Hannah and the others while looking for clues, Jake and MC thought one of Hannah's friends was responsible for Hannah's disappearance. Then, MC learned about the man without a face, legendary Duskwood creature; he leaves a raven's mark on the doors of the worst sinners. Each year, on the night of the first new moon, he returns to the houses he has marked, drags anybody inside-guilty or not-out into the forest, never to be seen again. MC initially refused to believe in paranormal phenomena, but as time went on, inexplicable catastrophes began to occur. The faceless individual attacked Jessy, threatened Cleo's mother in a letter, and painted a red raven symbol on Richy's garage. Jake and MC continue their investigation into Hannah's disappearance because it appears that no harm has been done until Richy was attacked by the man without a face in the woods and was bleeding. What will MC do after that? (Duskwood with alternate ending) Willow and Jake love to drive each other crazy and the fact that they are chasing a masked madman doesn't seem to stand in the way. But will they be able to find Hannah? They should watch their backs, because soon things can get deadly. Or hilarious. Or both! -------------------- I tried to balance the story between thriller/mystery and comedy, I really wanted to do a little lighter and funnier (yet still serious) version of Duskwood, answering the questions that were left open along the way. The story begins at the beginning of 9th episode, right after Jessy's and Thomas' visit at Michael Hanson's house. I'm following the game plot a little, but then things will change drastically. (Little additional info for you: English is my second language and I'm constantly correcting any mistakes I can find, so if you see anything out of place, feel free to let me know.) The story continues after (YN) receives the video from Jake who told her about half of his identity to consider. After learning the truth, she started working with Lilly to find Hannah and help to cover and mislead the government to the possible whereabouts of Jake using the movement Lilly made. In additional, (YN) will discover more than about this case, not just about Hannah but the crimes of the past where she encountered years ago. However, the connection about Jake and (YN) to each other; will they give each other the chance despite the danger they will face and the fact that they are a totally different in terms of their identity?
