After years of long civil war, the United States finally rebuilt their country and took on a new name, Orcrest, to let go of the past. Once things calmed down, it was discovered that among it all, a new supernatural species of human came into existence with unknown origins. Their name: the telkie. They contain psychological abilities, and out of fear, an unknown organization seeks to strike it down. However, is that really what's best?
