This fanfiction is based on my experiences with my own father, even though it is not 100% the same, it is around 90%. So yes, the inserted characters are based on a true story.

This story will mostly be from the insert's perspective, unless they are talking about him, or anything related to him.
After each transition, unless otherwise specified, it will show if the self insert is wearing his headphones/sunglasses in each situation to help prevent confusion.
