In the land of Nodin, an outcast fae is used by nobility in many unsavory ways. His strange looks and bird-like wings deem his blood tainted and him unworthy of the respect paid to true fairy men.
Ridiculed and sometimes tortured by royalty, his only solace can be found in the ancient fae female who raised him after being left an orphan, parentage unknown.
One day, Mareck, known as Raven in the Royal Court, comes to the aid of a young human witch dying alone in the forest, and is soon plunged into love and all out war, a war that will bring him answers about his parents, a war that will change his station forever.
