Skylar Wilson, a caring person, who likes school, her friends, and her gang. She's a gangleader of multiple gangs, she's 18, her parents were agents and her gang/friends live with her. She's been undercover on and off before for her safety. This time she meets a guy, cliche I know. What will happen between them? Will they make it work?
Jakob Caine, a goofy person who takes risks, which leads to him befriending the new girl. He has his friends, he's popular, and he even has all the girls wanting him. He doesn't pay attention to that though. When one girl catches his eye, what will the outcome be?
This story contains sex, foul language, rape, and self harm triggers (there will be warnings before rape and self harm are explained so you can skip through it, you don't need the details about it to understand what happens in the plot or storyline, you just need to know they happen)
This story also involves a woman who actually likes sex. No, that does not make them a hoe or slut. Just like a guy liking sex doesn't make them a player. A hoe or slut is someone who doesn't care if someone is in a relationship and still goes after a person. A player is a guy who doesn't care if a girl is in a relationship or if he plays with a person's heart or feelings not really caring.

Skylar Hall can't remember a single time in his life that he has had his shit together. His brother, Jessie Hall, is the complete opposite. So, after a series of bad choices, Skylar is told that one more incident will result in him being kicked out of the house. He doesn't take the threat all that seriously, until Jessie-his only protection-is accepted into a college hours away and will be leaving him. That guy vouching for him is basically the only reason that Skylar's dad has put up with his least favorite son's shenanigans all these years. So, the threat starts to feel more real. Then, it happens, and the only person left for Skylar to rely on is Ashton Rivera-who he begins to realize has some serious secrets. Secrets not even Jessie knows. Secrets that become Skylar's new mission to investigate every detail of. - [!!WARNINGS!! This book will deal with serious topics such as addiction and crime. I never thought my life would be like this; trapped in a dark room and scared for my life. A blindfold was wrapped around my head, covering my eyes, making me completely blind and on high alert.
