At the Corner, Sandi

She cried in pain, both physical and emotional.

"That's bullshit!" Sigaw ng isang kaklase niya na hindi niya matukoy kung sino.

Inis na nilingon niya ang lalakeng dahilan ng sinasabi niyang emotional pain.

"Ang ingay," sambit niya bago binawi ang tingin.

Narinig niya ang paghingi nito ng tawad. Dahan dahan niyang iniangat ang tingin at tumayo mula sa arm chair niya.

"No, sorry, my head's just aching but I didn't mean to be rude to interrupt your game."

Maglalakad na sana siya palayo doon ngunit nanghina ang mga paa niya at napaupo siya ulit sa arm chair. Ramdam niya pa ang tingin sa kanya ni Sandi at mga kaibigan nito. Lumapit sa kanya ang pinsan niyang si Tomo na agad na hinawakan ang noo niya.

"Ang init mo ah! Bakit pumunta ka pa ngayon dito kahit na may lagnat ka?"

"It's normal," she said defensively and tried to get up from her seat again then walk ayaw para pumunta as rest room, but the Calculus teacher went inside the classroom just as when she fell on her feet to the floor.

Agad na dumalo sa kanya ang lalakeng nasa malapit. Si Sandi.

Before she could react, the teacher command Sandi to help her out towards the clinic.

Habang inaalalayan siya nito ay nanatiling nakatingin lamang siya sa malayo. Hindi ito kinakausap. She already had enough talking a lot about nonsense stuffs in the world to him just to get his attention.

Just as when she wants to shut him down forever, he talks to her like how they talked to each other before, "I already told you to never push yourself to your limit and just stay at your place if you're sick. You really are stubborn."

She want to heal herself. She wants to move on forward. Why is this guy making it too difficult for her to move on?
