The Under Citizens

Twyla, a young witch in hiding from the Under Council, decides to compete in the upcoming tournament that will victor the next witch Under Mentee. Something her two aunts didn't want Twyla to do. Because the High Priestess who is part of the Under Council,, will be there. But before the tournament, Twyla's best friend, Cassie Lovebelle, got attack from a rouge demon. To save her best friend she must keep Cas in hiding like she is until they can figure out how to get Cas accepted into the Under Society now since she is a turned partial demon. All the while, there is a string of murders of college students. And those college students were all Under Citizens, Triggering her dream vision of having to witness and experience each victim. To try and stop the visions, she decided to go to the Under Council before the tournament.
