Izaya Mirai has lived her life being an outcast. Whenever someone appears and tries to befriend her she would end up telling them about how they would 'die' and it would come true thus she earned the title of "Witch".

Fukuoka Anomalous Private School is a school which gathers all people who had supernatural powers. Among them were the Student Council who holds enough power to hold the people who had unusual abilities. They then took notice of Mirai and decided to make her transfer to their school.

Izaya Mirai finally understood that she holds tremendous power that could change the whole world.
