In a society in which pro hero's train the future generations of hero's, new ones popping up every year, crime has become increasingly less common in society. The top three hero's, All might, endeavor, and hawks alone scare potential villians and have for years, and that's not including Mount lady, Midnight, Gang orca, Ryukyu, Best jeanist, Kamui woods, etc. and the promising students seen every year at the annual U.A. sports festival. However, the symbol of chaos and evil All for one has made a quiet move.

His 16 year old apprentice Tomura Shigaraki has been sent out to find potential villians to join All got ones villian academia. Afo plans to have 20 students trained into the strongest and most feared villians in history. He demands 40 potential villians, but only 20 will survive, he even risks shigaraki himself. Who will survive, join the villian academy, and become the strongest villians of all time?
