Chloe's been having a shitty time. Her mom killed her dad and ran away with some dude. A double suicide ended up as a single suicide; so now her best friend is dead too. She gets shipped off to her useless aunt, goes on a hunger strike, and ends up in a facility for 'youths that are a danger to themselves'.
There she meets the idiot. Who becomes her best friend/mortal enemy who occasionally fucks up once in a life time opportunities.
