Lucy Everett Dursley is no muggle. To make matters worse she a Dursley. Lucy is Dudley's one and only child.
Dudley had thought he left all magic madness behind when he parted with Harry in the seventh book. Not only had Lucy somehow inherited her great aunt's genes of bright green eyes but she had also inherited her magical powers. Now not only does Lucy have to deal with the terrified looks of her father that had been growing since the day of her eleventh birthday but she has to deal with her new found family. Her magical, red head, rich, famous wizard family. Lucy's dirty blonde, green eyed big glasses self might not be able to handle the persecution, questions, answers, responsibility, admiration, and new found love she has gained in Hogwarts. Lucy will need friendship and courage and a dash of magic if she's going to be the Hipster of Hogwarts.
