It was dark and stormy out, my wellies squelching in the puddles lying almost undisturbed except for the thundering raindrops splating on the dirt track. "AIEEE!" echoed from down the river bank beside me. Adrenaline coursed through my vains, I looked down into the rushing stream, Gulping down a quick breath of air I jump into the river. fuck. I grasp onto a rock, slimy and gross with algae. I look around and see the old bridge, two large figures pinning down a smaller figure....

My hand slaps against my mouth as I try to shut myself up. Don't make too much noise...or he'll hear you. A vehicle's door opens then slams shut.
