Another beautiful soul was born with many dreams in her mind, but circumstances shackled and shattered her dreams. She was raped, abused, and diagnosed with cancer.
Despite all the challenges, she never gave up. She joined the domestic helping services to keep her family fed, which would allow her to survive each day. She sacrificed everything for others until she realized her real purpose and mission in life - Living for Others. Even though the world was not easy on her, she continued to dream. A dream that kept her going.
One of her dreams was to meet Oprah Winfrey. So, she decided to write a letter pouring her heart out, but that letter never reached Oprah. She tried and tried, but nothing happened. None of this would break her. She became more robust. She never gave up on any of her dreams because she was not born to surrender; she was born to win, thrive, and fulfill a purpose that will impact millions of underprivileged women worldwide. I titled this book my life, my story, on my terms because it's exactly that. I wrote this book in to be able to finally speak my truth about the events that have happened to me and it finally is personalized without any other take on what somebody else thought or what somebody else believes or intake is on all of it. After so long of being told things from others especially those that have never gone through what I have before for so long, I've finally reached a complete point of totally keeping other's opinions out of this. I'm here to tell my story, from parts of my life, and it's all on my terms. I'm the one that went through it, and am here to speak the truth about it. I must say, it feels awesome to be able to finally release this book for all to read my story. I truly hope in return, not only will you no longer have questions about me if you did before, that I will also have inspired or helped you in some sort of way, whether emotionally, mentally, or in a soul type of way and understanding. I explain what's happened in my life, why it's happened, and the solutions I've come too. I also give advice through my own experiences on how to find and be your best self, and how to deal with feelings, emotions, and thoughts.
