Ever felt like no one listens to you or sees something you can see clearly? The mind is a weird subject. How does these thoughts work? How can we remember things? It creates monsters and ghosts, dreams and conclusions. The mind is different, it can torture us, help us, saddened us, and even make us laugh. Define mind mind [ mīnd ] noun noun: mind · plural noun: minds the element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel; the faculty of consciousness and thought. ,.,.,., It has been years since Arthur, Vivi, and their dog Mystery went on ghost hunts and adventures together. Arthur found love, got married and had a kid. Vivi moved out of state and worked at a school far away. And the former member of the gang, Lewis was killed before the band separated. Now Lewis's ghost is slowly turning mad and insane after Vivi left. When he meets Robin as she is in critical condition, he grows attached to her and won't let her escape and into the hospital. Two months after finding out that they have magical abilities, Quinn is still struggling to come to terms with the fact that they're a witch. It becomes even more difficult when another, significantly more troubling talent starts to emerge: the ability to see ghosts. ***** Even though Quinn tries to ignore the spirits haunting the old college campus, they soon find themself inexplicably drawn to Vincent, a boy from the 1930s with a sweet disposition and a tragic past, and his rag-tag group of ghosts. Before they know it, they find themself on a desperate hunt for answers and artifacts from their former lives, aided by Luis, a charming coffin maker with a penchant for the paranormal who Quinn can't seem to stay away from. In the end, it all comes down to one question: to accept or not to accept their magic? Spoiler alert: caring more and more about the ghosts you're supposed to set free doesn't make things easier. This is a spin-off to LOVE AND OTHER WICKED THINGS but can be read as a stand-alone.
