My eyes widened as more vampires came out of the woods into the clearing. Ethan my father’s beta picked me up and ran into the forest. “Stop I want to help momma” I cried. “Shush now child, your parents can handle themselves. I need to get you out of here” whispered Ethan. I continued to cry as we went further into the woods. The trees were going by in such a blur. It looked like mixes of greens, yellows, and reds from fall. A scream filled the air as we went tumbling to the ground. “Well, well look what the wolf dragged in. Hey Damien what do you think the boss wants us to do with the little runt” said the most horrifying man I ever seen. He had a dark black cloak on and his bright red eyes were the only thing I could see under his hood.
