I walk out my dorm building to the cafe. Just as I'm about to open the door I hear a person call out my name. I turn around to see the person jogging towards me. Ryker had been out of town for a few days and when he got back he decided to head to see the barista he adored. One morning he walked into the coffee shop and was shocked to see a different gal working behind the counter and asked where Talia was, worried that he had scared her off. He was then informed that she hadn't shown up for a few days but that she had also overheard her boss on the phone and that Talia had come home to find out that her parents had been murdered.
