the coming months after cotillion have been intense for Ben and (y/n), fussing with the council trying to get more kids off the isle, dealing with the issues within the kingdom, searching for a loose sea witch; but to (y/n) and Harry these are important trials to make a better future, and they know one day the hardships will pay off, and the children of the isle will get the freedom they deserve. 

this is a mini-series to bridge between D2 and D3 rewrite! essentially the under the sea: a descendants story of rewrite, basically just going to set up what happens in D3 and explain why certain things are going to happen

It took falling from a Tightrope for the captain to Come Alive, and From Now On, they'll never be the same. A story about the events following Cotillion to a handful of songs from The Greatest Showman. A Descendants Song Fic centered around Harry and Uma, and King Ben plays a key role. DISCLAIMER: I don't own Disney Descendants or its characters, or any of the works from The Greatest Showman P.S. This came out a lot darker than I intended. Still, it was fun to write. Also, some lyrics are changed for the sake of the story. However, I did my best to stay within the rhythm and the rhyme scheme.

Princess Brielle Florian and Prince Benjamin Florian are both the next rulers of the United Kingdom of Auradon, both being crowned on the same day. With the new royal pressure and paparazzi being worse as ever, Ben decides on his first proclamation. He decides to bring five children from the infamous Isle of the Lost to have a chance at a normal life, five of the worst of the worst that is. The son of Cruella De Vil, the son of Jafar, the son of Captain Hook, the daughter of the Evil Queen, and finally of course the daughter of Maleficent. With Ben being immediately lovestruck by the daughter of the fae Maleficent, his twin sister goes on high alert as she realizes the kids might have some sinister plans for Auradon. Not allowing any feelings to get in her way of protecting her kingdom, not willingly that is. When the VKs realize that the future queen will not be easy to fool they have to make a Plan B to ensure that neither she nor her brother will get in the way of their plans, or so they thought. It's all fun and games until a simple potion ends up only intensifies feelings that were already hiding under the surface. Hiya! Its the author here! Hello! Yet another Disney Descendants story. This continues after the events of "I'm No Princess". After Bianca can't handle all the pressure of being the future Lady of the court and most of her troubles being her relationship with Ben, her and Mal escape back home to the Isle of the Lost. So to get them back, Evie, Jay, Carlos, and Ben go to the Isle in hopes of saving Bianca and Mal but they soon meet some trouble. When they get there, they find out that Uma, daughter of Ursula, is now the self proclaimed Queen. Then of all things, Ben is captured but Uma and her pirate crew. These VKs are going to go through a lot of trouble to make no new villains rise and over throw Auradon. A lot of fighting, a lot of singing and dancing, but what's not to love. Join these adventurers on the journey back to the Isle of the Lost.
