Yarusenai is a very well known vigilante in Musutafu, Japan. His identity outside of vigilantism is Izuku Midoriya. No-one knows of his identity, however. Yarusenai is very good at covering his tracks, and making sure his identity is not found out, much to Naomasa Tsukauchi's, and many pro heroes' displeasure.
   One night when Yarusenai was fleeing from a crime scene, he is cornered by three pro heroes. He gets injured heavily while running away, and does not notice the underground pro hero, Eraserhead following him to his apartment.

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might and magnetic) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
