Plot:

As a child, you resided in Dio's mansion. Your cruel mother served him, yet you had a strong admiration for Dio himself. He told you that you were special, although you could never figure out what he meant. After Dio's defeat and your mother's death, you were taken by the Speedwagon Foundation, and after meeting the Stardust Crusaders, you were relocated and lived with a nice family on the West Coast of the US, who treated you as their own. At 18, during your senior year, Jotaro asks you to be a foreign exchange student in Morioh, Japan while he is working a mission. Jotaro's never been extremely fond of you. That's strange, you thought. What use could he have for me? Oh well, I guess it would be nice to experience something new. What could happen in such a small town?

At first it all seems easy, maybe some property damage here and there, but this is soon proven to be quite the difficult task. Unlike stand users in the past, they all had connections to other people like DIO, but this one fights completely alone.
