Carmen Sandiego and The White Hood

A fan fiction about Carmen Sandiego. Carmen goes to help A.C.M.E after being inactive for one year because all of the V.I.L.E operatives escaped jail with the help of an unknown comrade. V.I.L.E goes ahead and recruits this young boy in hopes to regain control and start stealing again. Ryder doesn't know what he got himself into and thinks stealing only ruins lives but later realises it also ruins relationships.

All characters other than Ryder (The White Hood) are all not my characters. They belong to the creators of Carmen Sandiego.
