Dr. Neil Melendez was one of the best surgeons at St. Bonaventure Hospital, along with his collegues Dr. Audry Lim, Dr. Marcus Andrews and Dr. Aaron Glassman. Dr. Shaun Murphy, a young autistic surgeon trying to work his way to be the very best he knows he can be. While his autism may be a problem to some, being an omega as well doesnt help. Some people were stuck in their old ways, how omegas were mostly breeders but Shaun, as well as Dr. Claire Brown and Dr. Morgan Reznick, are there to prove them wrong. With the help of their fellow collegues, they strive to become the best.

Shaun has problems with communication, but has gotten better over the years. He's been hiding his feeling for a certain surgeon, but what happens when the truth comes out due to a jealous companion? How will everyone react? He just wants to be a surgeon damnit.
