Elktric and I (and Ever_Dragon but she didn't contribute much) have been having a very long argument about whether or not training to fight against eagles would benefit foxes and other eagles when it comes to fighting dragons. I decided to write it down here and let you decide which side you're on.

Freydis can't remember which island she originated from. She can't remember her family name. She can't recall the last time she slept peacefully. ...She was too young when the raiders stole her away - from her family, her life, her future, her home. Freydis was beaten down and preyed upon for so many years. She was their slave. She believed there was no good left in the world. Then 7 years after she was taken, a legendary dragon appeared. Black as night and jade green eyes in slits like a cat, the dragon attacked without mercy and faster than you could blink. All that was left in its wake was destruction. The only warning of attack was a quiet but sharp whistle. This dragon found Freydis in the wreckage it created. She thought that was it - she would die. Then it did something she never expected. The slits in his eyes relaxed into orbs, and he nudged her to get up with a purr in the back of his throat. He could smell her injuries and her fear, and he wanted her to get up and keep moving. Suffice it to say, Freydis and that black dragon became friends. He cared for her, and she had his back. That is, until they were shot out of the sky by a stupid Viking-want-to-be. Oh, and forgot to mention she has ice powers she can't control. Thank you, gods of Asgard. A Wings Of Fire story that takes place in the depths of the Sky'wing Kingdom, following the story of a powerful hybrid dragonet who has to fight in the infamous arena regularly for most of his life, until... ? This a story based on the book series Wings Of Fire, obviously. In this universe, most of the canon events didn't happen, and are instead replaced by my own original stories and characters. No canon characters from the books exist in this world. There is at least one fantribe in this world, that fantribe belonging to me. Mud'wings don't exist in this world, because i have an unexplained hatred for them. Hello my name is Amber I'm considered a dragon trainer in my village, I even have a dragon her name is Sky. She is black with aqua blue stripes and spots on her back, wings, ears, and head. It's really cool because she is the only night fury so far....as I know of. But I am the only one in my village with a dragon... so it gets a bit boring sometimes, but other than that, my life is perfect ... well it was perfect, until a cannibal attack, and since we are the most peaceful island we never learned to fight. The only thing I remember is screams of terror, blood and the heat of the flames of fire and I remember my mother pushing me and Sky onto a boat to escape since Sky lost her tail in an attack with an psychotic cannibal, luckily sky scared him off. As I watched my home my family an my friends get killed or burnt to the ground, I float further and further from my home.... just me and Sky. I don't know where we are going I just know that I will seek revenge and when I get the chance I will kill whoever lead the cannibals to attack.
