A journal written by a young girl in the holocaust. Sarah Wentz at age seventeen, along with her two siblings and parents, board the St. Louis in hopes of finding peace during WW2, but what happens when things don't go as planned? Will she survive, or will she become one of the millions who fell?
This is purely fiction. I wrote this for my english class junior year of high school. They are REALLY short chapters because it's not long but don't let that deter you from reading this journal!

An Aera's Lament
"War... though we were never accustomed to it in the first place, has become rampant and fierce throughout these lands. And now we suffer the fate of our abusr and indifference. Viotile abominations walk the earth, killing everyone and devouring anyone or anything in its path. I leave this journal of mine in hopes that one day, a survivor from the war could tell the story and spread it across far and wide. There is no going back. This will be my final entry as is. Though most of the content might be vague, but I want them to spread the story in another way. Not me as a queen, but me as a woman, a warrior, a mother. My daughter... I am sorry I am not there for you. I may never come back from this, so incase you are of right age, My sister will show you this and you'll be able to know the truth. I pray that you'll grow up into a wonderful woman of your own. I love you..." -Last entry, 678 C.L.E, Serena Von LionheartLengkap
Yours Truly, Ella
"Even if only evil is left in the world, a small shred of virtue must remain or the evil has no definition." When Elisabeth's life is completely unrecognizable compared to how it once was, she uses her diary as a coping mechanism. Managing her way through the persecution, how will she figure out a way to survive the war? This book is taken from the perspective of a young girl during the Shoah, also known as the Holocaust. This book is based on real events, but any similarities to a real person are merely a coincidence. The inspiration for this book was the many diaries kept by young children during a time their life was surrounded by war. Completed 4/28/2021 Editing began 5/24/2021Lengkap
