Kang Seulgi, a moody and sensitive 18 year old with a sweet and soft side was diagnosed with lung cancer when she was 15. With the aid of an oxygen tank and her daily supplements, Seulgi was able to attend school. She then encounters Park Chanyeol, one of the school's greatest baseball player.
