My name is Mia and when I was a child my mother made a choice risking everyone's safety. The choice was a sacrifice that resulted in my mate being Lucas, the alpha of the enemy pack. I am now sixteen and must face reality- my reality. I am forced to leave my family, my friends, and my home to go I've with a stranger that everyone fears. He has killed, but that doesn't stop me from feeling no sense of control around him. I must try to suppress my feelings as long as possible in order to protect my family. But what happens when my family turns on me and I on them? My very own brother becomes willing to do whatever it takes to kill me and my Alpha. I can't let that happen yet how do I choose Lucas over my own blood? Whatever happens, hearts will be broken and blood will be lost.
