Izuku Midoirya. Born with a electricity quirk, he's aiming to be a hero. But the quirk isn't the most powerful ever, at least on the surface. Sure, it can hurt people, but it can't call down lightning, or cause generators to overload at a glance. It's the passive abilities that make it what is it. Increased speed, reaction speed, acceleration, and faster mental speed. He uses to his advantage, training his body and mind. So, throwing himself head-first into U.A., he decides to take on the world. This is how you fuck over everyone who tries to step on you. 

Izuku X Burnin. I can only find two stories that have this ship, and I think I may be the first on Wattpad. Here we go.

But it's more complicated, it's connected to his emotions, if he got to excited in any way, his whole body will catch on fire. People around him are scared of him and ridicule him for it. Even Bakugou doesn't want to be around him. He just decides to distance himself from everyone, until in the 1st grade a certain bobbed haired gravity girl greets him. This is my first fanfic.
