Luffy x black reader

Y/n L/n lives in Alabasta and is Vivi's best friend. Her parents died before she was 1 so she never knew them but she has an older brother and older sister. She has a lightning hammer (like Thor) that her parents used to own and she's a baddie. She meets luffy and he asks her to join his pirate crew and they both develop throughout this story.
