Eclipse

An eclipse is when one celestial body moves into the shadow of another celestial body. Typically, those celestial bodies are the moon and the sun. The two are complete opposites yet, together, they make a beautiful natural phenomenon; an eclipse.

Elara Madden is a girl who has been wounded numerous times. Instead of her wounds being stitched up and healed, they remain open and infected. All she wants to do is forget. She wants to be someone, anyone other than herself. She wants to act reckless, rebellious, and not worry about life's problems. But she can't. She always acted older than she was, and she loathes that about herself. She is the moon.

Sorin Hale wants nothing more than to make a world a better place. However, that fact isn't unknown to anyone who knows him for he radiates positivity and happiness. He volunteers at the local non-profit animal shelter each Saturday and would do almost anything to make anyone smile. Anyone at all. Even Thanos. He is pretty much the definition of a kid at heart. He is the sun.

Will Elara and Sorin create a destructive, dangerous collision that will burn down everything around them, including themselves or will they create a mesmerizing and harmonizing eclipse? Their fate not only lies within the starts and galaxy but also within themselves. The real question though is, do they have what it takes to create the one medicine that only a few can make; love and happiness?
