Juggling home, school, a Stark internship, and being, well, Spiderman is no easy feat for young Peter Parker. And not to mention he now has to stay hidden from the Avengers. But when aunt May dies, he finds himself turning to the only person he has left: Tony Stark. Durning the first few months of his internship, Peter grew quite close with the world-renowned billionaire. But will he be able to cope with his loss, deal with school, handle his time at the Avengers tower, continue to be Spider-Man, and keep himself, and his identity safe from the Avengers?

The timeline and events differ from the original MCU, and some character traits/personalities may differ from the original. For example, in this AU Loki had tried to rule earth, but made up for it when he helped the Avengers fight Ultron. However this did not happen in the MCU, but it is apart of this story.**
