This book is about a young witch, who was always taught ever since she was a kid, to be scared of Vampires. Vampires and witches have been enemy's for centuries. The young witch Phoenix observed a certain vampire for years, who was torturing the innocent. She was not obeying the rules. When being a vampire, you only are allowed to feed on the ones who murder. If a human has murdered someone, then they deserve to die themselves. So the society of the supernatural made the rule to only feed on the guilty. And phoenix will learn the ups and downs of a vampire and also learn to reunite both sides in order to defeat a common enemy. The only question is will she survive this nightmare.
