Your name is Nova Hemming and you've been a Stark Industries legal advisor since Tony Stark became Iron Man.
You are in the heart of New York City when the Chitauri invade Earth. But then, in a split-second decision fueled by survival instincts, you reveal your secret identity. Twice. A SHIELD-agent tasked with assessing Tony Stark's eligibility for the Avengers initiative. But you never told SHIELD you had magic running through your veins.
Fast forward a year, Nick Fury decides to release you from your SHIELD duties to become a full-time Avenger. Meanwhile, Loki-the god of mischief and the mastermind behind the Chitauri invasion-is cast out to Earth to serve his punishment among the humans he despises to earn back his position on Asgard.
