After being taken away from the only home you've ever known, you wake up in a graveyard with little memory of what had happened. While wandering around, you quickly befriend two kids in Halloween costumes, but become separated after an accident.
5 years later, you are 'forced' into a school called Candance High, where you reconnect with old friends, make new allies and enemies, and work to rediscover yourself though the medium of music.
The candle is right there, but will you ignite the flame?

Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. This is the original version of A New Beginning I wrote a long time ago, so take it with a pinch of salt! Its not great but marks a special place as the first thing I ever wrote that was available to the public to read. An important milestone in anyone's life. Try not to judge too harshly haha. The nun assumed that his parents or parent left him there to be safe. So she took him into the orphanage where until age 10 he was adopted by the Hyoudou family. Host of one of three heavenly dragons and a power buried deep inside him waiting to burst out. Let's see how it goes!!
