Some species are even artificial such as the cyborgs that were supposed to be made as a handy helper, but an anonymous figure has taken over the power of the cyborgs. Ryuu Markyuusis, former mayor of the city fell from the anonymous figure and was executed live. Lexus, his son traumatized by the seen, tries to fight back but gets thrown out.
