In December 1991, in the crash that killed her parents, Katherine survived but was taken by the Winter Solider to form The Winter Soldiers - HYRDA's elite group of assassins - but being a Stark, Katherine became very valuable to HYRDA, especially when the Super Soldier Serum not only enhanced her agility, strength and speed but also provided her with powers - elementalism.
As a Stark, Katherine is most valuable to HYDRA. When faced with a mission to infiltrate S.H.I.E.L.D., Katherine is forced to come face to face with those HYDRA had hid from her - The Avengers.
While Steve fights for his best friend back, Tony fights for his sister and the Bucky fights his best friend for her.
When her memories are restored, it is up to Katherine to chose her destiny - as a Winter Soldier or an Avenger - Bucky or Steve.
Katherine's adventure takes us through the plots of AOU, CA:CW, IF, EG, FATWS.
