yoongi is a quiet kid who only talks to his friends. he is close to his parents and older brother, but suffers from early childhood depression and social anxiety. hoseok gets bullied for being the way he is. he suffers from severe depression because his mother died when he was 4 and his sister was 8. his father left when he was 14 and his sister was 18, leaving his sister to take care of him.

they are both 16 year olds in their 3rd year of high school. just living their own lives. until, hoseok accidentally texts yoongi one night.
