Silver has lived a troubled and awful life but finds happiness with anything, especially in her books. A Court of Thorns and Roses is one of her favorite series, that she often finds comfort in, escaping her reality. When she has an awful day she finds herself reading the latest book in the series. Silver's almost done the book when it starts leaking shadows. The shadows start wrapping around her, engulfing her, bringing her through the book. 
She finds herself in Velaris, meeting the ones she has dreamed about and possibly falling in love...

Takes place 74 years after 'A Court of Silver Flames', what takes place after are all my original ideas. Spoilers for all 'A Court of Thorns and Roses' books and eventually 'Throne of Glass' series as well. Will be easier to understand if you have read the 'ACOTAR' series but do not have to have read the 'TOG' series. When TOG characters come into the book, in their world it has only been a couple years since 'Kingdom of Ash', as it fits the story better.

Azriel was there in Sangravah, but he had arrived too late. Ever since the incident, Azriel has been slipping farther and farther away from his family. He doesn't know why the incident had been eating away at him, it wasn't his first time failing at his job. Azriel finds shocking news that he must keep from Gwyn. The plot line derives somewhat from the initial description. P.S. : I do not own this art, I just made it as my cover!
