"I could ask you the same question," I retorted as he chuckled, his gaze sweeping around us with amusement.

Victoria Marshall has recently moved to the the US, due to the recent death of her father. She finds herself living with her Aunt Dottie whilst she struggles to adapt to her new life, attending college to study English Literature in the hope of teaching.

She finds herself meeting Drake Anderson, a player both on and off the field. As handsome as he is, one thing Victoria can't stand is drama, and Drake seems to be surrounded by it.
